As a Varsity or JV player, it is your responsibility to bring your skillset to practices so we use the time to build advanced skills and team offense and defense. These skills and conditioning will make games more fun.

Warm up, 5 min jog, 5 x 20yd run/walk back, 5 x 10 yd slide, 4x40yd sprint/walk back, 200yd cool down, stretch
